Scott David Ginder 49 of Alexandria left this life on January 6, 2022. He was the son of David and Pam (Deines) Ginder and was born on July 11, 1972 in Anderson, Indiana.
Scott grew up in the Frankton area and was a 1990 graduate of Frankton High School where he excelled in football. He would later play football with the Madison County Chiefs.
He attended Ball State University and then entered an apprenticeship to become a journeyman lineman for AEP. Scott was a hard worker and had worked his way up the position of General Foreman for AMPP Construction.
He was a very talented musician. Because of Scott’s vast musical talent, he was the lead guitarist for a local band known as the Blue-Collar Union. His love for music now carries on with his sons and daughters.
Scott was a loving and caring, thoughtful husband and father who always loved spending time with his family celebrating those everyday moments in life. He was a strong man of character, and many looked up to him and sought his wisdom and advice. He will be missed.
Left to carry on his legacy of love is his wife, Nicole, his children, Evan, Ethan, Mazzi and Presli; his parents, David and Pam Ginder; his sister, Kelli (Rob)Whitehair. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Staci Ginder.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Scott’s life will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church of Alexandria, 2107 S. Park Ave., Alexandria.
