Ronald Muterspaugh

Ronald Eugene “Ron” Muterspaugh, 56 of Alexandria died unexpectedy Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Community Hospital after a sudden illness.
Ron was born in Anderson, IN on Jan. 13, 1959 and was the son of Carl Muterspaugh and Nancy (Real) Denny. He was a graduate of Frankton High School. On Oct. 31, 1998 in Las Vegas, NV. he married Jeanne M. (Condon) Muterspaugh.
Ron has been employed as salesman for 26 years for the Praxair Company of Indianapolis.
He was a member of the Eagles Lodge Aries 1771 of Alexandria. He also was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed all kinds of auto racing.
Ron is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne, his parents, Carl (Peggy Mae) Muterspaugh of Anderson and Nancy Denny of Shelbyville, brothers, Chris (Debbie) Denny of Indianapolis, Tom (Kathy) Muterspaugh of Alexandria, a Half-Sister, Carla Lysher of Alexandria, brother-in-law, Jeff (Mary) Condon of Upland, special uncle and aunt, Pat and Diana Dunham of Middletown, several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. Also left to cherish Ron’s memory are all of his friends at the Curve Inn.
Services will be Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 11:00 am in Whetsel Funeral Service, Alexandria with Rev. Dr. Doug Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Park View Cemetery. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the requests memorials be made to the Madison Co. Humane Soc., 2219 Crystal St., Anderson, IN 46012 or the American Heart Assoc., 6100 W. 96th St., Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46278 or in care of the funeral home.
