Leslie Ann (Crosley) Clark, 51 of Alexandria was taken suddenly while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Leslie was born in Muncie, Indiana, on December 4, 1970, and was the daughter of Jeff and Dottie (Fisher) Crosley. She was a 1989 graduate of Highland Senior High School where she played tennis and was a Majorette. She later received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Butler University. While at Butler, she was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority and met many people who became lifelong friends. On June 1, 1996, she married Greg Clark.
She began her work career in 1994 with Walker Information. She spent 15 years working her way up from a Project Manager to Sr. Director of Strategic Relationship Development. During her time at Walker Information, she met and made so many friends who remained a constant in her life. In 2009, she decided to spend more time with her family. During that time, she joined the family business at Clark Insurance Group as the Business Development/Marketing Manager. She also did contract work for various companies. In 2018, she was hired as a Project Manager at Medxcel Facilities Management. In April of 2019, she was promoted to Customer Engagement Consultant. She loved working with her Medxcel Marketing Team.
Leslie loved supporting her kids in all activities including 4-H, sports, and other school events. She enjoyed sitting by the pool and firepit, especially when the kids were with her. She treasured all of the conversations that she had with them. She loved to workout with the gang at Catapult Fitness. Leslie loved to travel with her husband and family, as well as, friends Jen and Deb and her sorority sisters from Alpha Phi Sorority. She especially loved the annual family vacations to Hilton Head. Her favorite vacation place was Cabo San Lucas, where she loved watching the whales. Without question, Leslie was a loving and caring wife, mother, and friend to all.
Left to carry on her legacy of love is her husband, Greg Clark, her children, Jacob, Dylan and Allie Clark; her parents, Jeff and Dottie Crosley; her mother-in-law, Sylvia Clark; her brothers-in-law, Jeff (Rebekah) Clark and Michael (Jacie) Clark and sister-in-law, Holly (Pat) Sedlak. Family was so important to her. She had a special bond with her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; especially, Holly, Rebekah, and Jacie. She is also survived by a very special cousin, Tobi (Francisco) Padron who was like a sister and close friend, Jennifer Evans Sargent.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Leo and Thelma Fisher, her paternal grandparents, Helen (Joe) Craig and Dayle (JoAnn) Crosley, an uncle, Steve Fisher, and father-in-law Ken Clark.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of St. Mary’s, 820 W Madison St., Alexandria. with Father Tom Metzger as Celebrant and Fathers David Hellmann and Fr Martin Sandhage as co-celebrants. Cremation will follow the service. Friends are invited to call at the First Baptist Church, 2107 S Park Ave., Alexandria from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2022, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the AMHS Athletic Dept., 1 Burden Court, Alexandria, IN 46001 or St. Mary School, 820 W Madison St, Alexandria, IN 46001 or in care of the funeral home.
