Karen Jane Johnson, 73 of Alexandria died Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Community Hospital, Anderson after an extended illness.
Karen was born in Portland, IN on June 28, 1943 and was the daughter of Art and Margaret Anderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell E Johnson.
Karen was a member of the New Hope Apostolic Church, Alexandria.
Karen is survived by her daughters, Tina Forrester, Cindy Cates and Kim (Don) Pitts, brothers, Don Anderson and Sam Anderson, sister, Kay Anderson. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lowell E Johnson and a daughter, Tammy Cates.
There will no public visitation or services.
