Jeffery W. Keesling, 52 of Key West, FL and a former Alexandria resident passed away June 8, 2014 at his residence. He had resided in Key West for the last 15 years.
Jeff served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service and a master carpenter around the island. He loved to fish and play volleyball at Higgs Beach. Leaving behind many holes in people’s hearts, he will be missed.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Keesling of Wildwood, FL and Betty Keesling of northern Indiana, his grandmother, Dorothy Keesling of Alexandria, two brothers, John Keesling of Alexandria, James (Patty) Keesling of New Jersey, half-brother, Donald Keesling of northern Indiana, a sister, Jennifer (Steven) Beltz of Alexandria, step –sister, Tracy Mack of Marion and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends.
A Memorial Gathering celebrating Jeff’s life will be held Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the Alexandria Service Club, 204 E. Berry St., Alexandria from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
