Hayden J Woods

Hayden Jace Woods, 15, of rural Anderson passed from this life on December 21, 2024, in Riley Children’s Hospital, Indianapolis after a long journey of illness, while surrounded by his loving family.

Hayden was a huge fan of Marvel characters, playing with his Baby Einstein Turtle and watching Baby First Channel on TV. He loved watching the Indianapolis Colts games with his dad and watching his brother and nephew race in Quarter Midget Car races in Kokomo.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Raymond and Lorrie (Likens) Woods, his four brothers, Joshua Woods, Tyler (Taylor) Woods, Jacob (Stormy) Woods and Mack Woods and his sister, Lindsay Woods. Also surviving is his maternal grandmother, Barbara Likens.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jack and Judy Woods and his maternal grandfather, Tim Likens.

A Chapel service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson where burial will follow.

Memorial gifts may be made in Hayden Woods’ name to the Ronald McDonald House at Riley Hospital, 705 Riley Hospital Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46202.
