Dennie R France, 64 of Alexandria died Wed., Feb. 8, 2012 in Park View Hospital, Ft. Wayne, IN after a sudden illness.
Dennie was born in Huntington, W. VA. On Aug. 24, 1947 and was the son of Roscoe and Eva L. (Crump) France.
He was retired from the VA Hospital in Huntington, W.VA. Dennie served his country in the United States Army and was veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving is his Son, Michael (Christina) France of Alexandria, a Sister, Alfreda Haynes of Chesapeake, OH. Also surviving are four Grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W. VA. where burial will follow.
